  • Buyer’s Agent Rebates 1.5% of Sales Price up to $1500 = $1,500.00
  • Buyer’s Agent Refunds Retainer Fee of $395 to Buyer = $395.00
  • Buyer Pockets a Rebate at Closing of = $1,895.00
